Design & development

Engineering ideas into manufacturable tooling

Our 15+ design engineers use AutoCAD for 2D drafting and Unigraphics NX for 3D modelling and development. The team provides CAD/CAM support, precision tooling design, and customer-specific development through focused technical discussion.

Machine shop

Capacity for detailed and large-format machining

The machine shop combines 26+ advanced VMC machines with conventional and heavy-duty lathes and precision drilling equipment. Experienced setters, programmers, and operators support high-precision work and substantial production capacity.

Assembly shop

Controlled fitment, alignment, and finishing

A dedicated assembly and finishing area supports complex pattern and die components. Skilled technicians and fitters complete fitment and alignment checks, functional verification, and preparation for installation and operation.

Quality control

Inspection integrated into the manufacturing process

Dimensional inspection, stage-wise checks, and final verification help maintain accuracy throughout production. Our team checks critical features against approved drawings and specifications before tooling moves forward.

Packing & dispatch

Prepared for safe movement and delivery

Finished tooling is cleaned, protected, and prepared for dispatch using appropriate packing. This final handling stage is coordinated to support safe transportation and on-time delivery commitments.
